球墨铸铁海底电缆保护管是可有效保护海底电力电缆和光缆,避免电缆和光缆遭受外部机械损伤及破坏,如砾石、滚石、沉积物、浮游船骸、浮冰、底拖网渔船、网箱渔排养殖、船锚、拖锚、冰山、风暴潮、潮汐、地震等的破坏和损伤。该产品每节有效长度为500mm-1000mm,也可以按要求自定义长度,以哈夫型球铰连接,相连两节保护管夹角可达25°左右,可多方位旋转,使海底电缆和光缆有一定的弯曲灵活性,防止打扭。由于该产品施工方便、耐腐蚀,广泛应用于海底电缆和光缆的保护和改造工程。

球墨铸铁海底电缆保护管表面涂有防腐油漆,不易受海水的腐蚀,不容易腐烂,保护期长。传统铁磁材料保护管在海水中比较容易锈蚀,经过一段时间海水的腐蚀,保护管锈蚀、变薄、变脆甚至腐烂,失去保护性能。
③机械强度高,保护海底电缆。
球墨铸铁海底电缆保护管具有良好的机械强度和冲击耐受力,能抵抗海水的压力和外来机械冲击,保护海底电缆和光缆。

For a quick installation the WT Cable Protection System can be installed boltless, It is also possible to use bolt to increase strength further,There are various structures to choose from.Protectorshell articulated pipe is manufactured from ductile iron which retains the corrosion resistance of traditional cast iron but is far stronger. The WT Cable Protection System has been designed as a simple and cost effective cable protection system for areas where conventional burial or trenching methods prove to be uneconomical and/or not achievable due to bottom conditions.
